Rick Otto is the Diocesan Children’s Officer at the Diocese of Manchester, with over 25 years’ experience in youth and children’s ministry. His journey spans local church leadership, contributing to national conferences, and now supporting churches across the diocese. He has extensive experience in training and working directly with children and young people, alongside a strong passion for raising up and equipping leaders. Rick is committed to helping others grow in confidence as they nurture faith in the next generation, creating practical resources and spaces for connection that enable ministries to flourish and sustain a living, everyday faith.
